Maximum turned diameter: 370mm
Maximum Swing: 500mm
Maximum turned length: 650mm
Maximum Bar Capacity: 76mm
Polygon Turning: We have the capability to turn hexagon component features from round bars - please ask for details

MILLING

Maximum work piece: 1000mm x 500mm x 550mm
Spindle speeds: up to 12000 rpm

METROLOGY

We use Mitutoyo Shadow Graph, as well as an extensive range of digital and analogue measuring equipment, to ensure that we produce high quality product and fulfil tight tolerance requirements. All of our equipment is calibrated annually.

STOCKHOLDING

We are happy to work with customer schedules and to hold buffer stock of key parts if required.
